Reservations – To ensure the time and day you request, we suggest scheduling your next appointment before leaving. Spa packages usually require reservations at least two weeks in advance.
Cancellations – Cancellations require a 24 hour notice before scheduled appointment or a $35.00 cancellation fee will be charged.
Arriving Late to an Appointment – Please be aware if you are running late your services might be shortened in order to ensure the next client is not delayed.
Children – Well behaved children are permitted in salon as long as they remained seated and accompanied by an adult. Children are not permitted in spa rooms.
Cell Phones – Cell phones and pagers are permitted in the salon but need to be turned off in the spa. Please use your spa voice.
Gratuities – Gratuities are not included in the price of gift certificates, individual salon or spa services. We are happy to help with the gratuity process during check out.
Gift Certificates- Gift Certificates cannot be transferred, exchanged, replaced or refunded. Certificate must be presented at check in and used only with designated staff member
